These pages are a place that I use to simply share some thoughts and experiences. Perhaps you might be able to use the same thing for your experience and higher good.
It is also evolving to a bit more, to include resources, books, and whatever else comes to mind.
The first entries are from a short writing called, "Speak Only Good", that I wrote during the summer of 2008. Be looking for my two songs called, "Speak Only Good", and "Change Myself, Change Another", coming soon, along with "Another Day in Paradise" , "Where Did You Go" and "I Will Never Leave You".
New this month is something that I thought of as I was listening to a teacher named Pema Chodron. She is a Buddhist teacher, and although I am not a practicing Buddhist, she reminded me of some things that I already knew, but perhaps I would just say a little differently. After all, we all would desire more joy and peace and less war and strife, regardless of how or what we may believe. Yes?

April 2009, thoughts on learning to focus and relax more on what is important in your life.
If you would like a positive quote or short "blurb" to start your day with, I would reccommend getting a daily quote from the two links that I have below. I have found these both, to be particularly inspiring and helpful to me. They both seem very timely each day for me.
Each of the links have a place to sign up for this FREE daily quote. Please know that will not take your name and email and then bombard you with huge amounts of unwanted spam and offers. You might get a monthly or quarterly update from one of them. Pretty much though, all you will see are the daily quotes, all totally free. Enjoy!
